Russian soldier lost his leg and his penis due to landmine explosion

Diagnosis:
Blast injury (BLI). Right tibia avulsion in the lower third. Multiple penetrating shrapnel wounds of the scrotum with destruction of the left testicle. Multiple wounds of the penis with significant damage to the head.
