Then to top in off he tried kidnapping the driver by entering her vehicle and seemingly telling her to go - you can see the car roll before she realizes there’s a cop approaching. Kidnapping is a felony, and a fleeing suspect in the act of or having committed a felony, is punishable by death… if you witness it happening - as the cop did. Not to mention he presumably had weapons on him (the guns - in the vehicle - which makes every crime he committed a felony. He was sooo fucked. Seriously lucky to be alive.»
